A new landmark for Jeddah

01 — Overview

A state-of-the-art address — a tower whose facade is engineered as a single, continuous gesture.

The Concept

MIDMAC Tower is conceived as one sculpted volume rather than a stack of floors. A continuous ribbon wraps the curved corner, rises the full height of the building and returns across the crown, binding two very different elevations into a single, unmistakable silhouette. Within that frame the facade is disciplined and quiet: a taut grid of full-height glazing, deep graphite reveals, and slender champagne fins that catch the sun and throw the elevation into relief.

Light as Material

By day the tower reads in clean contrast — light metal against dark glass. By night the ribbon becomes a drawn line of warm light, tracing the profile of the building and the curve of the balconies, while the vertical signage blade carries the MIDMAC mark at city scale. The lighting is integrated into the facade profile itself; no fixture is visible.

The Ground Plane

At street level the building opens. A generous glazed colonnade sets the retail frontage back behind a shaded arcade, giving pedestrians depth, shadow and shelter, with landscaped planters and lighting extending the architecture into the public realm.

The Statement

Modern, restrained and confident — a top-of-the-line facade built to represent the brand it carries, and to hold its own on the Jeddah skyline for decades.
